San Gimignano

I traveled to San Gimignano when I went to Italy as a Sophomore in college.  At this point, I spoke Italian very well. Today, my ability is mostly conversational - though my reading skills are fairly intermediate. I made this as part of an assignment there. Again - pictures not mine! Copy, however, is mine!

Disney

As my other blog (the biggest fish) demonstrates, I have a love for Disney. I have been there more times than is acceptable to admit and I adore it. I put this together for an assignment that discussed language and how a certain word's meaning is not necessarily describable - you need to experience it. Again, no ownership of the photo - only the copy is mine (expect for "experience the magic" that is owned by Disney - hence the quotes)

Emerson

This was a small flyer I put together after being accepted into Emerson. I take no credit or ownership for the photo of the E. I took that from google. The focus is primarily the copy. Since it was an assignment I think that is O.K. :)

Herzog and De Meuron

 

I created this two page spread for my creative thinking class. I think it is a good reflection of the work and, more importantly, the cultural implications of how architecture can influence a society.
